It is used to join 2 parts on stainless steel and aluminum metals for assembled Production.

Formed steel products are sent to polishing unit. These materials become finished products based on visual and performance after polishing operations.Some of the operations performed on automation lines are as follows:

In the degreasing of metal products and in order to maximize the surface adhesion and performance that will enter the coating, some of the operations performed on automation lines are as follows:

» Ultrasonic washing

» Alu oxide shot blasting machines
» Stainless steel grit shot blasting machines
» Glass sphere shot blasting machines

In our products, we have the equipment to permanently process the desired logo, symbol, numeric contents on the metal surface with laser beam light.

Painting and coating processes on stainless steel and aluminium in contact with food are applied on 6 axis robotic spray lines. Teflon©, PTFE, Granite, Ceramic, Silicone coating process has been existing.
